DESCRIPTION:The Silhouette Portrait and Cameo digital craft cutters are perfect for cutting shapes and letters to use on your scrapbook pages\, cards\, home décor and so much more! This class is taught by a Licensed Instructor for Silhouette.  The Silhouette cutters require a computer and via the internet\, you get instant access to a huge digital design collection with over 100\,000 designs\, and using the software\, you can create your own designs or cut clip art from your computer as well as any TrueType font.  Plus\, you can cut a wide variety of mediums including\, paper\, cardstock\, vinyl\, and fabric up to 12”.  In the beginner class\, you will learn the basics of using the Silhouette going from out-of-the-box setup to cutting and everything in between.  You will use what you learn to create a two-page spread. Each participant will bring their own Silhouette Portrait or Cameo machine\, a laptop with the Silhouette software pre-loaded\, cords\, blades\, and cutting mats.  The cost of the class is $20.00

We will be using both Copic and Olo markers in class. $60 \nTHE BASICS: In this class\, we will share with you our experience and knowledge of alcohol ink markers.  Why are they different? How do you buy them? What colors should I choose? We will work together to answer all your questions\, while we enjoy time together stamping and coloring. Together we will cover all the basics\, plus coloring techniques\, caring for the tips of your markers\, and tricks tutorials. Discover the world of alcohol ink markers while taking this class. \nSaturday\, April 13th at 10 AM \nTHE NEXT LEVEL: Now that you have completed The Basic class\, join us while we take your knowledge of alcohol ink markers to the next level. We will learn to color skin and hair\, as well as jeans and clothing types. You will learn about shadows and light sources too. How to color monochromatic\, fur and shiny objects will be discussed. So much information!! After this class\, you will feel more confident in the use of your markers. We hope that you will continue to practice new color combinations and techniques to advance your skills. \nSaturday\, April 13th at 1 PM \nALCOHOL INK MARKER ADVANCED TECHNIQUES:  In this Advanced Class\, you will learn advanced techniques\, like masking\, backgrounds\, wood grain\, fabric textures\, coloring red (the hardest color to do!)\, and much more\, so that you can take your alcohol ink marker coloring to the next level.  This class will be a lot of fun and you will be learning a lot of interesting\, new\, and fun\, advanced techniques.  Because of the higher level of learning being taught in this class\, we will be limiting the class size to 6 per class.
