DESCRIPTION:ALBUM CONSTRUCTION CLASS:  We are so excited to announce our album construction classes! If you have never made your own memory album from scratch\, we would encourage you to give it a try.  Maria is here to help guide you through all the steps and we think you will be surprised to learn it is easier than you imagine to transform cardstock and chipboard into an album you can be proud of! This is a series of three classes that build on each other: \n101:  This is the basic album including the cover\, spine\, and pages.  You will learn how to create the hinges as well as tips\, and tricks to ensure all the pages are aligned\, the covers have professional corners and the hinges are sturdy. $60 \nSaturday\, November 11th 10 AM \n201:  Builds on the basic album and covers flips\, flaps\, pockets\, belly bands\, and waterfall attachment.  This session also includes more tips and tricks to ensure you have sufficient spacing for your pockets and gussets for your flips and flaps.  This session will make your basic album more interactive and will add pages for additional memorabilia and photos. DESCRIPTION:Each month in the Project Class we complete a different project helping you learn the features of the Silhouette machine and software and what you can do with it. This class isn’t necessarily about making pretty things\, it’s more about learning what you can do with your machine.  This class is taught by a Licensed Instructor for Silhouette. Each participant will bring their own Silhouette Portrait or Cameo machine\, a laptop with the Silhouette software pre-loaded\, cords\, blades\, and cutting mats.  Be sure to read the details of each project\, sometimes you’ll be required to download an image or bring an item necessary to complete the project. \nJUNE & JULY:  I wanted to show you how to make 3D Flowers that we will then shape so you can make them come alive.  You can use these to decorate a small gift bag and you will also use what you’ve learned to create lots of other floral decorations. It is an ultra-thick embossing powder for creating layered effects. This powder will add dimension and texture to your paper crafting and mixed media projects. They can be used with Dyamond Dust\, chipboards\, stamps\, and more. To use this medium\, simply apply Dyamond medium to Dyamond Boards or other media\, sprinkle the Dyamond Rocks over the top\, tap off the excess\, and then heat to melt. While the rocks are still hot\, add another layer of rocks. Repeat to the desired thickness. The Dymond Rocks come in 6 colors. We will be making a pretty Christmas card with it\, so join Kathie on Saturday\, December 2nd!
