P13 Farm Sweet Farm is, you guessed it, a farm themed collection. Our hand-crafted layout features garden tool patterned paper flanking each side with a beautiful, scenic farm center. Ephemera pieces are included and used throughout the layout to add some more farm fun. This line could be used for a range of occasions from a trip to the farmer’s market to a wedding.
